Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Within Lagos:
- Delivery Time: 1–3 working days
- Flat Rate: ₦4,500
Outside Lagos (within Nigeria):
- Delivery Time: 3–5 working days
- Flat Rate: ₦15,000
International Shipping:
- Delivery Time: 7–14 working days, depending on destination
- Rates: Calculated at checkout based on location
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, or peak periods (e.g., holidays, sales events).
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier details so you can follow your package’s journey.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to addresses within Nigeria and select international locations.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
Delays & Liability
- While we work closely with trusted courier partners, Dia is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, weather disruptions, or customs.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional reshipping costs.
